Subject to the conditions below, Hirehoot Ltd. (“Hirehoot”) offers a one (1) guaranteed hire (“Guaranteed Hire”) for customers subscribed to the Starter or Scale (subscription based) annual plans.
The Guaranteed Hire provision entitles the Client to make one successful hire through the Hirehoot platform within the 12-month term of their annual subscription. Should the Client not make a successful hire through the platform within this period, and provided all conditions are met (see Section 3), Hirehoot will offer a complimentary extension of the subscription for a period of three (3) months to support further hiring activity.
Maintain at least one (1) active job post on the platform for a minimum of six (6) out of the twelve (12) months of the subscription term.
Actively use the platform’s sourcing, messaging, or candidate engagement tools throughout the subscription period.
Not unreasonably delay or terminate hiring activities related to posted roles without notice.
Respond to candidate matches or shortlists shared via the platform or Hirehoot’s team within a reasonable timeframe (maximum 15 business days).
Request assistance from Hirehoot’s support or sourcing team when no suitable candidates are found within 60 days.
The Guaranteed Hire provision is void if:
The Client does not actively engage with the platform during the subscription period.
The role(s) posted are deprioritised, closed, or canceled by the Client without a genuine hiring intent.
The Client hires outside of the platform through another channel or pre-existing pipeline.
The Client refuses to proceed with any suitable candidate without providing reasonable business justification.
The Client breaches any terms of service or misuses the platform.
The Guaranteed Hire provision does not entitle the Client to any form of refund, credit, or monetary compensation. Hirehoot’s sole obligation under this provision is to extend access to the platform as stated above.
Hirehoot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether the above eligibility criteria have been met, and whether a complimentary subscription extension is warranted.
