1. What do we mean by “leadership hiring” at Hirehoot?
At Hirehoot, leadership hiring extends beyond the C-suite and years of experience. How does pricing work?
We have three types of plan: Starter, Scale and Custom. Starter and Scale are both subscriptions, available monthly or annually. Custom, our option for enterprise and complex hiring needs, is available either on a commission basis or as a blended commission and subscription fee, depending on your needs. For the subscription, everyone is getting 33% off our default list price until the end of 2025, and for those organisations who chose to pay annually, they will get an additional discount, receiving 12 months of Hirehoot access for the price of 10.

Here’s a worked example for Scale. On a monthly basis, the fee is usually £1,499. A 33% discount brings this to £999 per month. If you were to choose to go annually, rather than paying £17,998, you would be paying £9,990 annually. That’s a 44% saving in total for 2025.
3. How does Hirehoot work ?
For Candidates

Candidates upload their latest CV and complete a structured onboarding process, after which they can be matched with verified positions or search for opportunities themselves , either confidentially or openly. Once a match is made or advanced filters are applied, candidates can connect directly with hiring managers through our secure messaging system.

For Employers

Once employers choose to use Hirehoot, a dedicated team member supports them in creating a fully branded employer profile. We help set up access for relevant team members, assigning roles such as Super Admin or Hiring Manager admin, to ensure smooth collaboration. This profile reflects the organisation’s culture and brand voice, helping them attract the right leaders. Employers can then reach out to, or receive messages from, candidates who align with their open roles.
4. How is your candidate pool built?
We conduct targeted candidate outreach across various platforms, professional communities, and through trusted referrals. That way we can ensure we attract both active and passive talent through a careful and deliberate process.
5. How do you ensure confidentiality for both employers and candidates?
Not all positions require confidentiality, but for those that do, Hirehoot provides complete discretion. Confidentiality is built into everything we do ,  it’s part of our broader commitment to trust and quality in leadership hiring. We protect both employers and candidates by securely hiding identifiable details such as names, company information, and university affiliations.

For confidential roles and candidate profiles, public information is only shared when both sides choose to connect, ensuring respectful and transparent engagement. This approach allows genuine conversations to begin in confidence  and evolve into lasting professional relationships.
